The complete Wraptures One and Two libraries contain over 250 textures in 4 different resolutions including a HIGH resolution format which is 4 times larger than the size of the medium resolution textures on this disc (see below for file resolutions). We have included a few of these high resolution texture files for you to view and try-out in your own applications (see the “WRAPSAMP” directory). Each Wraptures volume contains over 130 different, seamless, tile-able, 32-bit, photographic textures in PICT and BMP format on CD-ROM. You can use Wraptures in your 3D renderings; as multimedia, video, and presentation backgrounds; in desktop publications; and anywhere you can import a PICT, or BMP file. Each Wraptures texture starts as a 32-bit high-quality scan of a professional photograph and is then retouched by hand so it tiles seamlessly, and produces an “even” texture that reduces the appearance of repetition when tiled. Each Wrapture comes in multiple resolutions in 32 and 8-bit color. A printed color catalog of all the textures is provided as well as an on-line electronic browser. Wraptures are free of royalties and can be used in your own productions for distribution or broadcast.
